Gibson 1958 Les Paul Junior
This is a vintage Gibson Les Paul Junior with a four-digit ink stamped serial number: 6285, volume and tone pots code: 134-841, dating to 1958, and a square edged body with a thick, baseball bat neck. All of these features and info tell us it’s a 1958.
Almost everything is original including tuning machines, P-90 pickup, pots, wiring, and volume and tone knob. The previous owner replaced the input jack plate with a DIY piece of metal. It does show its age with wear and tear including dings throughout the front and back, buckle rash, and worn/scratched edges. It also features a spot in the heel where there was a shallow crack that was repaired when purchased from the previous owner. Photos feature the crack.
Although it features these flaws, as you can see in the pictures, it is still in good shape and is a good playing and sounding guitar. It has been checked over and tested and has no problems with electronics and no problems playing. The guitar does not have the original case and will be shipped with a Gator deluxe hardshell flight style case. Free shipping applies only within the continental USA.
